These terms govern your use of floocus.com and the free synthetic demo it links to. They do not cover production, on-premises, or hosted use of Spider Analyzer - that is governed by a separate License Agreement signed between Floocus SAS and the customer. Get in touch to discuss one.

Using this site and the demo

By visiting this website or using the live demo, you agree to these terms. The demo is provided for evaluation purposes: to let you see how Spider Analyzer captures, decrypts, and visualizes traffic on a synthetic system. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the demo or any other visitor's data. Floocus may suspend or restrict access at any time, without notice.

Intellectual property

Floocus SAS owns the Spider Analyzer software, the "Spider Analyzer" and "Floocus" names and marks, and the content of this website. Nothing in these terms grants you any license or ownership interest in any of it beyond viewing the site and using the demo as intended.

No warranty

This website and the demo are provided "as is," without warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The demo runs on synthetic data for illustration only.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floocus SAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the demo.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the Paris Court of Appeal's jurisdiction.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
