This policy covers personal data collected through this website, floocus.com, and its live demo. It does not cover Spider Analyzer's own handling of data captured on a licensed, on-premises deployment - that is governed by the License Agreement each customer signs with Floocus, and by Spider's own data-retention settings, which the customer controls.

Who we are

Floocus SAS, a company registered in Paris under RCS Paris 901 930 487, registered office 131 rue de Rennes, 75006 Paris, France. Floocus SAS is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Contact - if you email us, we process the name and email address you provide solely to reply to you.
• Live demo access - the synthetic demo issues a one-time passcode by email to grant temporary access. We use that email address only to send the passcode and the demo link; it is not used for marketing and is retained only for as long as the access link it belongs to remains valid.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not run any third-party analytics.

Where it's stored

All personal data described above is stored on servers located within the European Union, meeting applicable security and confidentiality requirements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can:

• Access, rectify, or request erasure of your personal data.
• Request a restriction on its processing, or object to its processing.
• Request portability of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
