The company behind Spider
Founded 2021 Paris, France Thibaut Raballand
Floocus is a French company based in Paris, founded in 2021 by Thibaut Raballand.
We help engineering teams understand distributed systems by building Spider Analyzer - software that captures, decrypts, and visualizes network traffic so troubleshooting stops being guesswork.

contact@floocus.comCommon questions
- Who builds Spider Analyzer?
- Floocus SAS, a French company registered in Paris and founded in 2021 by Thibaut Raballand. Floocus develops and distributes Spider Analyzer. It is independent: no other company holds a stake in Floocus or any ownership of Spider Analyzer.
- What is the relationship between Floocus and Flowbird?
- Flowbird, now Arrive after its acquisition by EasyPark, is a Floocus customer. It is a smart-city mobility company running parking, transport and payment systems, and it has run Spider on its own infrastructure since before Spider was a commercial product, first under a testing licence and now a standard one. Spider was not built inside Flowbird, and Flowbird holds no stake in Floocus and no ownership of Spider Analyzer. Its long production use did shape the product, which is why the case studies come from its systems.
- How long has Spider Analyzer been used in production?
- Since 2018 at the latest. The earliest incident documented on the case-studies page dates from then, so Spider was diagnosing real production problems for years before Floocus was founded in 2021 to develop and distribute it commercially.
