One year ago, we shared that our users were thrilled with Spider.
As we look at the results from November 2024, it’s clear that we haven't just maintained that momentum—we’ve pushed the ceiling even higher.
Breaking the Scale: 100% Satisfaction
The most striking update this year is our Customer Satisfaction score, which has climbed from an already impressive 96% to a perfect 100%.
It’s rare to see a tool meet the needs of every single surveyed user, and we are incredibly proud of this milestone.
While our Net Promoter Score (NPS) saw a slight adjustment from 58 to 55, it remains firmly in the "Excellent" category, proving that our community continues to be our strongest advocates.

As Spider matures, the way you use it is evolving. In 2023, the focus was heavily on "Troubleshooting". In 2024, we’ve seen a shift toward more proactive and complex use cases:

- Deep Dives: We’re seeing more focus on Low level communications, System Health, and Debugging.
- Time Savings: Users continue to reclaim massive amounts of their month, with several reporting they save up to a week of work thanks to the platform.
A Consistent "Fan Favorite"
Your favorite features remain consistent, with the Timeline, Communication grid, and Filters topping the list of things you love.
Phrases like "Life saving," "Reliable," and "Useful" continue to define the Spider experience in your own words.
Looking Ahead: The Roadmap
You’ve been vocal about what you want to see next, and your feedback remains remarkably consistent with last year.
To keep that 100% satisfaction rating, we are focusing on:
- Enhanced Training: The call for more training resources remains a top priority.
- Expanding Protocols: You want more reach, and we are working on "More protocols" to support your growing needs.
